He went above and beyond, making sure he made it as sturdy as possible. When we needed to take one of the extra screws out afterwards in order to adjust the steepness of the ramp, a quick return visit was arranged incredibly promptly (it turned out not to be necessary as we found the right screwhead in the end but still, great service!). Can't recommend highly enough. Would use again without any hesitation.
